C-60 CARD FEATURES
1	Area required by the machine	6.94 sq.m in place of 7.65 sq.m regular cards.
2	Working width	1500 mm in place of 1000 mm regular width
3.	Aerofeed	Feeding by feed plate and feed roller combination, there by allowing very intense opening, also additional fan used for even material in chute.
4.	Licker-in	Provision for single licker-in for production upto 120 kg/h and 3-roll licker-in for production upto 180kg/h, licker-in module can be changed within 90 mins.
5	Cylinder	32.05 “ dia, in place of regular 50” dia, capable of running with a speed upto 900 rpm resulting in higher centrifugal force for better cleaning with a better carding accuracy.
6	Doffer	Separate doffer module with 26.77 “ dia doffer in place 20 “ dia, allowing better material transfer to doffer.
7.	Flats	Separate easy to replace flat module of 79 flats, with easy fit clip type ends which substitutes the conventional heal & area.
8.	IGS	Programmable integrated grinding system sharpens the wire without stopping the machine to keep the wire sharp.
9	Efficient cleaning	Efficient suction & blowing in the delivery area adds to the efficiency of the machine
10	Operator interface panel for data feeding and monitoring.	All parameter settings, quantity and quality monitoring possible through the operator interface panel. Also provision for shut off limits for quality monitoring provided in the system.
